This guidance document includes delivery conditions which apply to any order dispatched by MASARIO, S.L. Please note that the prices do not include the applicable taxes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day, except in the event of incidents of some kind. All orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening will start being processed on Monday of the following week. Once processed, the order will be ready for dispatch.

Kindly take into account the following factors to assess the date of actual receipt.

1. Order preparation. The length of time necessary for processing your order. On our website your order will appear as “En trámite”. As it has been mentioned before, this process can take up to 48 hours from the initial order.
2. Collection period by the transporter. The time it takes for the transporter to pick up your order at our facilities. This procedure normally only takes a couple of hours.
3. Delivery time by the transporter. The time it takes for the transporter to arrange the delivery direct to your door. On our website your order will appear as “Enviado”.

The estimated delivery times based on distribution zone are presented in the table below. Keep in mind that delivery times begins from the moment your order has been collected at our warehouse by the transporter.

Our international deliveries to Europe are exclusively carried out through SEUR-DPD. For peninsular and Balearic shipments we use Correos Express, CTT Express and MRW. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world are sent through different companies, always considering the minimum cost and delivery in the shortest possible time.

SHIPPING RATES

Transportation costs for those orders whose value exceeds 200€ plus VAT shall be borne by us, not including financial and delivery expenses. This basis for exemption does not apply for zones A,B,C,D, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the rest of the world.

Prices are expressed in Euros in all cases, and do not include VAT.

Shipments to Spain (peninsula), Portugal and the Balearic Islands: price for 1 single package with a maximum weight of 31.5 Kg. Maximum size per package: sum of height, width and length not exceeding 150 cm.

Shipments for Zones A, B, C or D: Rates per package, up to a weight of 31,5Kg. The maximum permitted dimensions are: 175 cm in length and a wingspan of 300 cm (length x width x height).

With regard to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world (including the United Kingdom, due to Brexit), once the order has been placed, we will contact the customer to indicate the shipping costs, which will depend on the weight and volume of the shipment. your order, and the estimated delivery time. Customs charges or other taxes at destination will be borne by the customer.
