The use of this website is regulated by the following general conditions.
The execution of the order supposes the acceptance of all the conditions by the client.

I. Prices

The prices of our products are those indicated at every moment on our website.

If after we receive an order we detect that there has been an error in the introduction of the price of a product, we will contact you as soon as possible, to inform you and offer you two options: cancellation or maintenance in the right conditions.

The automatic confirmation issued by our system does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case you choose to cancel, any amount that you have paid will be refunded.

Without your agreement to the correct price conditions we will not proceed to send the shipment.

And it includes the VAT included when indicated. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, but are reflected in the final purchase summary, before formalizing the order. The prices shown in masario.es may be revised and modified if the conditions require it at any time. Shipping costs are indicated in this section.

II. Method of Payment

1. Credit Card.

 - The virtual POS is a device prepared to work in a completely secure mode within the sales operation through the Internet. All transactions made through the Virtual POS will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders, their issuing entities and our business. 2. Cash on delivery.

- Payment will be made at the time of delivery of the purchase through the transport company corresponding to the place of delivery.

- Only available for peninsular shipments.

- The cash on delivery will involve a charge of 1.2% on the total price of the purchase (being 1.2 € the minimum of this%), this extra cost is intended to defray, in part, the extra that the transport company applies in the payments against payment.

3. Bank Transfer.

- The payment with PayPal will involve a fixed charge of 1.5% + € 0.35 on the total price of the purchase, this extra cost is intended to cover, in part, the extra that PayPal applies.

III. Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are as follows:

- SPAIN PENINSULA: Normal delivery time between 24 and 48 hours on working days (except incidence), as long as they take place before 2:00 p.m. (if payment not received order will be denied right after 24hrs).
- CANARY ISLANDS: Delivery time approx. 10 working days (cash on delivery not available)
- BALEARICS: Delivery time approx 2 to 3 working days (except incidence). (Cash on delivery not available)

Masariohat, SL reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company used, regardless of what is stated in these pages making sure this will never cause any damage to the client.

Delivery times are indicative; depend on the availability of products in stock. The delay will not imply neither cancellation, nor reimbursement, nor place to claim, as stipulated serving as a warning.

The cost of send and return postage in guarantee will be taking care by customer.

All goods once received must be checked in the presence of the courier and the content must be verified before signing the delivery note of the courier and note any anomaly handwritten on the delivery note. You must also confirm these reservations to the courier within 48 hours of delivery and send a copy over to us. Any claim outside this period will not be considered or accepted. IV. Warranty

The customers of Masariohat, SL benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the articles.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use therefore are not included in this warranty.

V. Returns (only for online purchase)

The general acceptance period for returns is 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order (according to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002. , December 19). We do not accept the return of items to the court or those whose description expressly states that “Returns are not accepted.”

You must return the item(s) to our address in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), in the same packaging in which you received them and by the courier method of your choice, with shipping costs being your responsibility. Inside the box, please tell us your name, order number and reason for the return. When we receive the returned item in perfect condition, we will proceed to credit the amount using the same payment method that you would have used. In case of payment on delivery, you must provide us with an account number so that we can make the transfer.

In the case of hats, headdresses and finished headbands made in Masario, we will accept the return as long as the following weekend has not passed since you received the order at your home, sending us to info@masario.es the proof of your courier that It was sent to us at the latest on Friday.

Note: you will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 20 days from receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order and, once verified, all shipping costs will be borne by Masariohat, SL.
